You Can Lead
Most people think that they’re not really leaders. They don’t believe that they have what it takes. So they prefer to just be part of a team where they can make a contribution, but they don’t have to take charge. However, being a leader may not be as hard as it appears. You do have to take responsibility for the actions of the team. But as long as you can get the team to perform its tasks in a creative and detail-oriented way, taking responsibility doesn’t have to be something you need to be afraid of.
